Attendance and late coming

           All employees shall be at the place of work allotted to them at the time fixed and notified and shall register their attendance by the manner prescribed. Reporting time to office will be 9.30 am unless specified otherwise. Reporting late to work beyond two hours will be treated as a half worked day or decided as per the discretion of the management. Habitual coming late or leaving early will lead to disciplinary action which may lead to loss of pay or termination of service. 

 A normal work week will incorporate six days as scheduled by the Company. 

The Employees shall be subject to salary deduction for the time of their absence. No employee shall be allowed to leave the work spot during working hours without prior permission of his superior official. Any employee who after registering his attendance is found to be absent from his place of work during working hours without permission or without reasonable cause shall be treated as absent for the time of his absence and also he shall be deemed to be absent from the place where he is required to work and deduction from his wages shall be made as per Law.

Reporting late after overnight travel

           Employees who have travelled over night on work may report to office late by 1-2 hours than normal reporting time (depending on what time he has reached). The same shall be informed to the immediate manager/ team lead in advance. This is applicable on return from an official tour and does not apply when there is a scheduled meeting early in the morning or at a particular time.
