Declared leave

          Second saturday of every month is declared as a paid holiday. In the event of any holidays such as elections, bunds, strikes, unforeseen holidays during any working day declared by the state, central government or local authorities, then one working day would be compensated by all employees working together on a second saturday except for employees working at Customers Project Sites or Clients office. If the holiday happens to be after the second saturday of the current month then the same shall be compensated by working on second saturday of next month.
