Dressing

  • Formal wear to office during weekdays. Formal wear always while meeting the client
  • Leather shoes always for work
  • No Sandals, floaters or slippers to office
  • No bhurkas, flowers, hanging jewellery etc for women. No tilaks, shawls, lungis, fancy wrist bands etc for men.
Grooming
  • Clean shaven and hair trimmed for men
  • Informal wear allowed on saturdays
All employees are expected to abide by these grooming norms, unless specifically approved. 
If an employee is not found to be well groomed as per the conditions mentioned above. Penalty of Rs 100​ per day shall be levied as penalty which shall be deducted in the next month’s salary. The action shall be taken based on the inputs provided to the HR department from the employee’s reporting manager or any other co worker or the HR department itself. The decision of the HR department is final in this matter.
