All employees in the establishment shall get 12 days of National and Festival holidays during the calendar year as per the Provisions of the Karnataka Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays) Act, 1963 and the Rule framed there under. The list of such holidays shall be circulated via email / portal or displayed on the notice board at the beginning of every year.
