• Conviction by a Court of law for any offense involving moral turpitude.
  • Proxy punching/registering of attendance or abetting in the act of punching / registering attendance of another employee.
  • Picketing or making demonstrations within the establishment.
  • Violation of reasonable terms and conditions of use of Establishment’s transport.
  • Indulging in political activities within the establishment premises.
  • Impersonation.
  • Entering and /or moving within the establishment premises.
  • Without identity card and / or badge on his person while on duty.
  • Without permission while not on duty.
  • Falsification of record and / defalcation.
  • Willfully making false declaration regarding age, qualification and experience in the application for appointment.
  • Sleeping while on duty.
  • Using or commercializing or alienating any invention, discovery of patent invented, discovered or patented as the case may be in the course of the employee’s employment
    under the Management for the benefit of himself or any other person, firm, company or corporation.
  • Spreading or giving false information which may bring into disrepute to the Management or its employees or willfully spreading panic among the employees.
  • Collection of any money within the premises for purpose not sanctioned by the Management.
  • Sexual harassment to any employee of the establishment.
  • Inefficiency in work or not achieving the targets set by the Management.
  • Handling any machine, vehicles, equipment, apparatus etc, not entrusted to his charge.
  • Falsifying or refusing to give testimony when any accident, misconduct or other matters area being investigated.
  • Non-return of Establishment’s properties on or before the stipulated period if the value of the property is not proposed to be recovered from the salary.
  • Failure to wear supplied prescribed uniform, coveralls safely clothing and equipment’s etc. While on duty.
  • Habitual breach of rules instructions for the maintenance of running of any department for the maintenance of cleanliness of any portion of the establishment premises.
  • Committing nuisance in premises.
  • Entering or leaving the premises of the establishment except through an entrance provided for the purpose.
  • Failure to report at once to his superior any defect which an employee may notice in any equipment connected with his work.
  • Any act of misconduct committed by employee outside the establishment premises which are rationally connected with the establishment.
The service of an employee of the establishment found guilty of any acts of misconduct may be terminated by the Management in accordance with the provisions of these Service Rules.
