Payment of Salaries:

  • All employees shall be paid salaries on a working day before the expiry of the 7th day after the last day of wage period in respect of which the wages/ salaries are payable.
  • All employees shall check and count their salaries immediately after receiving it. No claim for shortage will be considered once the recipient has left the immediate presence of the person making payment. This rule is not applicable to those employees who are paid salaries by cheque or through bank credits.
  • Any dispute or complaint regarding salaries shall be brought to the notice of the HR executive / manager or any other officer appointed for the purpose.
  • Any differences in salary if found valid by the management will be credited to the employees account by the 20th of that month.
