Probationary Employee:

           Probationary Employee is an Employee who is provisionally employed to fill a permanent vacancy in a post and has completed the probationary period of one year or the lesser / extended period of probation as the case may be and the order of confirmation shall be communicated to a probationer within 30 days of completion of Probation. The extended period of Probation shall not exceed 6 months. If a permanent Employee is employed as a probationer in a higher post, he may at any time, at the discretion of the Management, during the Probationary period or extended Probationary period be reverted to his original previous permanent post. An employee may be terminated at any time during the period of Probation or at the end of the Probation.
