Due to reasons attributed to health, if an employee is not able to attend office and is working from home. Then the employee can work from home, If he is able to carry out most of his work from home.
This will be on certification from the concerned project manager or Project coordinator Salary upto 75% may be paid on the number of days when the employee has been able to carry out his work to the satisfaction of his team lead / manager.

Designations not applicable to work from home:

• Surveyors
• Meter readers
• Meter outlet staff
• Front office staff
• Auditors / quality supervisors
• System administrators
• Project associates / implementation staff / Business analysts (who have to work from client locations)
• Any staff who has to work from clients office

However based on the nature of project or work, an employee may be allowed or not allowed to be applicable to work from home. The management’s decision is final in this regard.
