Availing leave in advance (after probation only)
- After probation an employee can take leaves in advance for the maximum of 10 PLs that may be accumulated per year.
- After probation an employee can avail PL for a continuous of 10 days including sundays and company declared public holidays. Any leave more than this will be considered as loss of pay.
- If an employee does not have sufficient PLs at his credit, then he may avail the same and this will be adjusted in the subsequent months.
- If any employee discontinues his work or is terminated due to any reason, then the leave account will be adjusted / deducted proportionately in his last salary.
