With the agreement of an employee manager, an employee may use his or her own mobile phone on company business according to the terms agreed with the relevant manager. When this occurs, Prasanna Technologies will pay the cost of those calls on the completion of an ‘expenses claim form’ by the employee. This shall be done based on approval from concerned higher ups.
