An employee who has not availed his accumulated privileged leaves can encash it at the end of the financial year. This is applicable only to employees who have completed their probationary period.
          PL encashment amount = Basic pay per day x Number of days of balance privilege leaves
          (note: HRA, conveyance or any other such additions are not considered for earned leave encashment)
